I started talking to Luis last July on line and I sent him 1100.00 in October/12 and he was to send me some money, but I never received anything. Then on July 2nd I send him 200.00 for him to send me the 11.00 back plus the 200.00. He has told me that his dad left him alot of money. He does not live in Nigeria, he lives in Hollywood Florida and he has given me so many excuses, like he was kidnapped, drugged and someone stole his passport and wallet and i just want the 1300.00 back.

Luis Wayne is not a company, he is just a person who lives in Florida, but was in Nigeria and the last time he emailed me was August 23/13
