Apparently, I received the information from the computer stating that I was approved for an unsecured $500.00 credit card and I just happened to be in the bank and they informed me my account was overdrawn and printed the information for me.

I noticed that they went into my account unauthorized and when I attempted to telephone, everyone sounds like robots, saying the same thing over and over again and I demanded they put my
money back into my account.

Now, almost 3 weeks, they claim they processed my refund on
September 26, 2011, but they cannot find it and I told them if it is
not in my account tomorrow, I will keep calling. They are full of shit.
