Like many other consumers, I logged onto the site to preview. In order to preview, one has to "register" an account. In doing so, a payment method is requested - not unusual for many reputable sites like Amazon, Ebay, PayPal, etc. Thus I was not suspicious until I saw my bank account debited $99 for an unauthorized charge.

I was on the site five (5) minutes and decided it was not for me - too time consuming and offerings did not look realistic. I did not purchase or bid on anything.

Therefore, I have written a complaint letter to the BBB of Delaware and the same letter to bidrack's two locations. I demand a credit refund of an erronous, unauthorized charge.

Take a look at the number of complaints on the web.
