Telephone call from someone from this company askin me to check my bill from
Ameren IP and was my reduction there and the name Palmco Energy? He informed me that I never filled out the form and the reduction should be on my next bill. Hold on he said and in 60 seconds you will get a message answer a few questions and given a tracking number so you can call our company. Well, since our town as opt to go with some new energy source, and we voted against it, I had no idea who we have as energy source. Our bills come from Ameren IP. Some strange clicks were heard but then silence. He made me believe that I was already with Palmco and some mistake had been made. I am elderly and have to use one eye which I told him, but he took advantage of that. Upset now and nervous. Hope I can get to sleep. Going to call Palmco tomorrow.
