My daughter contacted Itech who advised her that they were Kaspersky. They deliberately and fraudulently told her that there were "several hackers" from foreign web addressed in her computer and they had already corrupted 60% and if they corrupted 40% more, then all of her information would be stolen. ITech fraudulently held themselves out as Kapersky employees and did remote access to her computer. When she was advised by thereafter by Kaspersky that Itech was not affiliated with Kaspersky and that she should not have given Itech her credit card number, the fraud was confirmed. As an attorney, I will file a criminal action and also a civil action against Itech should my daughter's money not be returned in full.
