Bob's Metal is a company that buys used and old metal from the public here in portland, oregon. BOb bought #2 copper from Jerry Kellogg, 6624 n. columbia way, portland, oregon 97203, on june 15, 2013. Bob's Metal was to send jerry a check in the amount of $64or $59. within a week.Jerry Kellogg never did receive any check after two weeks. Jerry went to Bob's metal asking about the money and check he never received. Bob's metal told Jerry to wait a few more day and if Jerry hadn't received it than, they (Bob's Metal) would issue a new check. After several day Jerry had not received a check he went back to Bob's Metal. Bob's Metal told jerry they would re-issue a check, but they would charge him 30 dollars to do this. Jerry Kellogg had never receive or lost the first, So whay should Jerry have to pay Bob's metal $30 dollars to re-issue a check. Jerry did not get the or llose the check in the first place.
