I replied to an advert in February 2013 for a free teeth whitening sample, postage cost only, £2.08 paid via my credit card. March went by, no goods. April 2013 arrived no goods. Checked my bank statement on 4 April 2013 they had taken two payments from my account, £65.92 on 6th March 2013 and £72.68 on 3rd April total £138.60 the payments were taken by OGL_HKN*OFFER 8558404928mu I tried to get in touch with the company, no luck. After finding your web site I was able to make contact with the company and sent them an e-mail telling them I wanted a full refund, no luck. I have since sent them several e-mails requesting a full refund and I've sent them an invoice via paypal for the money, which to date they have not paid. They do reply to my e-mails but, want me to ring them to obtain instructions for a return or refund. One thing to point out is that, after the first e-mail stating that I had not received any goods and wanted a full refund and that they had breached their terms and conditions, guess what! on the 9th April 2013 I received the goods. This is why they wanted me to ring them to obtain instructions for returning the goods. I have stated in my e-mails to them that I will not ring them, as I wanted to have evidence of contact for later legal action. This is the same scenario with the the company Whitening Fast, who took money from my account without authority, the day after the dates above. I believe the two companies are connected. The total amount taken by them was £135.78
