I've been the victim of a scam by JUSTFAB. I ordered an item in December 2012, and the company claims we have entered into an agreement whereby they debit £35 every month just for being part of the website, a VIP membership. This was highly misleading and up until now they have charged me £245. I've just noticed it with paypal and cancelled the account, but it is not possible to cancel via JUSTFAB. I spoke online with a representative who claimed I can only cancel by ringing them. I did ring them and they hung up on me 5 times after having me on hold for over 20minutes each time.
