Saw this advert to try a sample, but they did not ask me to read the term & conditions , send me a cheap sample of face cream that I sent back by registered post and they took £84 out of my credit card, have send many emails + tried to call many numbers but dont seem to be getting anywhere. There must be someone who can put a stop to this .I have cancelled my credit card as I dont want to be charged again.

have you tried calling 0203-355-7059. that is the number I called this morning and got through to someone. Due to this call, I have had the account cancelled and a refund has been authorised and just waiting for it to show in bank now.
