Pirchased DVD box set TV series , "Third Watch."From Whycostas internet site. Product arrived and it was a counterfeit copy. None of the DVD discs worked in DVD player or computer. Contacted Company via internet and was advised they would only refund a partail 70% refund not including postage or any other costs. Emailed back adn forth for over a month with them stating they have sent refund to my credit card but it takes longer for overseas transactions. Over a month has passed and no refund. Counterfeit items from China. Company web site preports to be U.S.A based.
