I signed up for the 1 month trial of Great Fun through Spirit Airlines. $1 for the first month, with a $50 spirit airlines rebate. I never recieved the rebate, although I did receive a packet from Great fun with company info.

I was not impressed with the discounts offered through the company, and cancelled within the first month, being assured that the rebate was still "on the way". It never arrived.

Today I received a payment due notice from "Shoppers Advantage". Apparently one person signs you up for both, but you have to call separate numbers to cancel them. This was NOT mentioned when I signed up- I have the notes I jotted down during that conversation, and the woman I spoke to gave me ONE number to call for cancellation.

I have never received anything from Shoppers advantage in the mail or email to indicate I was a member, until I received the payment due.

Customer service was extremely unhelpful, and continuously tried to get me to continue my membership, despite the fact that I had not known I had it in the first place.
