I purchase a coat on the internet from www.doudounesenligne.com. nowhere on the site it mentionned that these were cheap replicas from china, i was under the impression that the coat was a real canada made winter coat. when i saw the transaction on my visa splip i immediately emailed them to verify that it was real and not fake. i was assured that it was real but when i received it it was clearly fake. i emailed again to have item returned. they offered a 30% discount which i refused since i wanted full credit upon receipt of returned. i returned as instructed to get that credit but they refused item at delivery. i call my visa card but they say that nothing could be done since transaction too late. coat was returned on january 6 but took over 3 months to get there and another 3 months to come back which is why it took so long before i called them. please help me get my money back if you can. i have email chain which i can forward.
