They have been doing this since July. What can I do? They take money out of my checking every month, and I do not have any idea how they got the info. What can be done to get this money back, especially when I have not committed to anything with them. I cannot afford this, should I just close my checking or what.

  • These people have been harassing me since the Summer. Always calling with a blocked number. I finally answered today to tell them to stop calling me. Long story short, they called me 6 times today, and the 3 times I answered, each man had an India-accent. I was told that women should answer questions given to them and never add anything to it. I was threatened, demeaned, and overall harassed by each person I talked to. All 3 of them men refused to give me the cancellation number unless I "verified" my new card number that they all insisted they had in front of them. I refused. Upon asking for their company named, 2 out of the 3 men I spoke to refused - the other man said "United Benefits." They threatened to charge me for 5 months of service I never authorized if I would not give them my card #. Do they have any connection to the Safe Protection Plus scam? Those are the people that charged my acct. $34.99 & $2.95 without authorization. I've never heard of them before, but that would have been 5 months ago that they charged me. I filed fraudulent charges against them with my bank and received a new card and have not had a new charge since then, just several, SEVERAL calls per week. **** File fraudulent charges w/ your bank and get a new card.
