The major factors of problems that exist are with updates and the software contractors-links. They offer many products through direct fraud and hijacking rights from users by terms of acceptance and fees for software and drivers. Massive downloads of unwanted and hostile software are coupled with the intended software, as well as unwanted Spyware. High end updates are required after initial setup even if not needed to run the usb. If you use rabbit TV, you had better be very good at uninstalling with high quality software. Depending on auto-uninstallers is not advised. Customer service is available but not helpful. Chances are, if you are having difficulties, you will not be able to use them anyway. This product is a bust. Too bad, good idea, bad implementation.
