I had been hired By Jeff at Dr. Green Lawn Care and preformed aerations and over seeding. He would tell me to not do the job rite and to give inadequate amounts of seed for what the customer has bought, so yes he was telling me to rip these customers off. 3 weeks ago he fired me and told me the reasons was because I was not doing these jobs at all and this is a lie. My pay has not been rite since the first check I received and this last saturday I belive this is the last check he is sending me, it was $206.46 for 3 weeks worth of work, and this was very hard labor plus i was using my own truck and was promised a bonus for this. This is not a company that should be trusted. Please help me!!!

- I was going to accept a job as a work at home sales person with this company. So you're telling me I probably wont get paid? They are claiming $500 a week for full time sales or 20% of sales if an independent rep

- This is Jeff at Dr green. Unfortunately Joel didn't inform you that he went to over 70 properties and never performed the work. Pretty much just hung a invoice. We had to send another tech out to complete these jobs and took close to 15 cxls from customers because of this. Joel received documentation of all these customers with their complaints. Joel was paid for work he did and not for work he didn't do . Our service is all about integrity and honesty. Joel was terminated for lacking this.

apparently Ray ( Katreena's Husband ) never told of all the wrong doings that Ray did. There are over 6 documented cases of Ray not communicating with Management. There are also documented customers that cxled the service due to poor service by Ray.
If you talk to the other tech's they were tired of cleaning up after Ray for his poor service -

- I was informed (and first handedly heard your other employees agree) that those houses were terrible to begin with. That doesn't explain why you didn't man up and handle your employee termination face to face even though you disrespectfully called his cell phone at 10pm on a SUNDAY.. Or Why you have an unlicensed person mixing chemicals, or why you changed his pay rate on the last check, why you say you're the GM yet you don't know why his check was wrong? My list goes and goes. Don't worry, it's all being taken care of since you don't know how.

- By the way, you calling all the techs and ASKING them to look for things wrong with rays houses on purpose is an incorrect way of handling that.

- Ok my name is brad lafever and ive been working for Dr. Green for a while and the techs are all trained and the only ones mixing chemicals are licensed pesticide applicators. We are very good at what we are doing and the reason for you getting fired joel is because you probably didnt do any work seeing that if your not dedicated to your job and probably lazy i could see it being very possible also jeff is a good boss and handles things very well.

FIRST- I worked her for Jeff, and I was also withheld money from my paychecks. The "owner" from Dallas,TX came up and fired Jeff eventually, because literally EVERYONE else had paycheck disputes as well. Maybe it wasn't Jeff's fault entirely because I returned to retrieve my money 5 different times over the course of 3 months, after I had a new job, and the new manager would make a new sticky note about it and forget everytime. I am STILL owed this money.
NEXT- Everything being said about being trained to cut corners, mix pesticides without triaining...is TRUE! We even had to supply our own gloves for mixing the juice, which left most employees just going glove-less.
This place is a disaster, give your money to someone who cares about employees AND customers alike. These guys do NONE of that. So my third point is that this "Brad Lafever" who worked there at the same time I did, has commented about "you getting fired joel is because you probably didnt do any work seeing that if your not dedicated to your job and probably lazy i could see it being very possible also jeff is a good boss and handles things very well." ----COME ON?!----
THAT GUY IS OBVIOUSLY JEFF HAHAHHAH. And I can attest that is exactly what jeff sounds like and none of those words are true.
You will get automatically charged for services that are not performed (bad employees/bad training). And even if you cancel, we will come and try to service you anyway!!! Its a total scam. One day of training, next day driving company truck, day three you are out breaking off sprinkler heads and chunks of sidewalk with the aerator and no one at DR GREEN gives two shoots. -
