I had a contract with All Seasons Timeshares. Their guarantee stated that
"Money Back Guarantee!
If All Seasons Timeshares does not sell/rent your timeshare within 12 months from the date of your contract, All Seasons Timeshares will refund your listing fee in full, or re-list your timeshare for sale / rent for another 12 months at our expense. If you wish a refund in full you need to notify All Seasons Timeshares by FAX on the same day your original contract expires. You must FAX us a copy of your original contract. If FAX notification is not received on the day your contract expires, All Seasons Timeshares will re-list your timeshare for sale/rent for another 12 month period at no charge to you."

My contract was signed June 26, 2012. Thus, my contract ended June 25, 2013. I sent them TWO faxes--one on June 25 and one on June 26, 2013. I called the company about 5 times, left 2 messages. Have not heard from them.

I have now filed a dispute with my bank and filed a complaint against them with BBB.
