On or about end of May June 2013, I went a web to find a person so I went to Peoplefinders web. At that time they had a special for .99 to find a person so I proceed to pay .99 with my credit card. I was charged subject amount. That was the only transaction I made with subj company. At approx. June 21, 2013, I checked my credit card and found a charge of 24.99 from Peoplefindsr. I immediatly sent an email to subj company, explaing the charge of 24.99. I received a reply from the company stating that I needed to provide to them an address and a email address. I did so. The company sents me an email stating that they ddid not find no account with my name. I replied to them that that was the confirmation that they don't have an account thus why was a chage $24.99? That's when the comedy began with the company. They replied and said that I needed to contact them via phone and provided to me their telephone number. They provided the time the customer care operated from: 0700 til about 1900 hrs from monday's through friday's. I called durring the time frame, to hear a automated voice explaing to me that I called "during after hours??? the time I called was 0900 until 10:00 hrs( I leave in europe thus therre is a six hours different. I sent another email explaining that I have called during the operation hours and an automated voice says "You have reched after hours I rece with a generic reply to call between the operational hours contact customer care between those hours. This is beign oing on for several days. Conclusion: I want to let the people know that this company is scams people and to NOT DEAL WITH THEM. IF YOU DON'T WANT TO LOSE MONEY. tHANKS ROSARIO CAMIOLA
