I am a Singaporean and living in Singapore. On 18.06.2013, I ordered a bottle of Nuvoryn through the website: www.nuvoryn.com.sg and this was the email reply I received:
Your Credit card statement will list your order as NATHANS NATURAL.
Please Note: All orders will be shipped within 24 hours of the order time.

I have the same experience as yours. I placed my order on 21 June 2013 and to date still yet to receive my order. I've tried to email them and they replied as follows
"Dear Customer,
We ensure the delivery of the order after successfully booking of Nuvoryn order.
Order delivery is 100% guaranteed. We guarantee your money back in the case of failed delivery.
You can ask us to give the refund of the order if you do not receive your order even after 30 or 40 days of order booking date. We shall immediately give you the refund of your order."
But I doubt that is there really a refund?

- Did you call the bank? I called the bank to report and was given the merchant dispute form. Now i dont know if i shld proceed to report and get my money back or just wait.
