I didn't notice that I have been getting charged $9.99 a month on my Sprint bill from Mobile Plus Inc.: Multi media - 29192 PsychicAlerts since February! It was on my son's line and I just discovered it while going over my bill with Sprint customer service.I didn't notice it right away because it was buried on the last page of my bill, so I overlooked it. Sprint said they can't remove it or credit my account since it was a 3rd party site? I have download blocks and parental controls set up on my account and his phone so I have no idea how I am being billed for this? I checked his cell and didn't see any apps or texts from this company, but they have been getting my money no problem for almost 6 months now.My son has no idea where it came from either, so now I am pissed! I told Sprint they need to do something about these "3rd Party" ripoffs to protect customers like me. This should be illegal!
