High pressure sales phone call offering 2 months of free service.Company to appear in top 10 internet listing. Insufficient information provided for cancellation provisions.
I could not find my company listed in their online directory so I assumed they were not legit. I received noting in writing until the invoice/bill 2 months later for $719.99.
Called to cancel. They will not accept a verbal cancellation. So I wrote a cancellation letter. I refused to pay since they provided no service: An online search for my company on their web directory said no listing found. They continue to harrass me with collection calls.
