We bought a flexsteel leather sofa from nebraska furniture mart on jan. 28, 2010 and within a year the zippers on the back of the cushions had all broken. The cushions are sewn into the sofa and not removable, and the zippers are in the back, and hard to get to, so there is no wear and tear involved. The signs posted on the sales floor said the sofa comes with a 1 year warranty on the leather, a 5 year warranty on the cushions and a lifetime warranty on the frame. When I contacted NFM they said it was a manufacturer defect and couldn't help. I contacted flexsteel and they said the 5 year warranty on the cushions only covered the filler. I find this very misleading and deceptive.
