On June 29, 2013 I went to my mail box and found a letter from Dr. Kramer with the above address. I was told I had won $24,000.00 and told that was the largest check he had ever seen. I don't now where he has been. $24,000.00 is not worth what the little bird left on the fence. He needs to improve on his scam if he wants anyone to take him seriously.
