We saw the Raspberry Ultra Drops from a friend's FB post endorsing the product. But when he responded and said he didn't post that ad, it was too late, the order was placed. They charged us express shipping but after a week, we haven't received the product yet. I sent an email to cancel the order but they responded they tr products are on their way. The product claims you will lose at least 1-2 pounds a day but after 3 weeks, all we lose is a pound. We wee trying to contact their 800 number but no one picks up the call. We wanted our money that they guaranteed to refund back if we are not satisfied. We sent emails to their customer support but this Nancy, who wouldn't even give her last name is giving us a hard time. Finally, after countless of emails sent, they finally will send the refund but after they deduct 9% for some fee. And we have to return the 2 bottles. We sent them through UPS priority mail last June 26 and they should have received them by June 27. We emailed them the tracking number because this Nancy said it is necessary to make the refunds. We were told it will take 12-18 days to process. But now, we received another email that try need to see the proof of receipt from UPS or they can't process the refund. We are totally pissed! This Raspberry Ultra Drops under the company Colon Cleanse is a complete scam, fraud and bogus! Don't ever make a mistake ordering it. I even got flu-like symptoms and mouth sores while taking the product! I've never been sick in years. I believe this product lowered immunity, and they claim it will boost your energy and you will feel good I'm also filing complaints to the FDA and Consumer Reports Agency. They're giving us a hard time, I'm going to give them what they deserve!
