Aro2013 was offered me for free trial. It seemed to find errors but didn't fix them. To buy it was presented to cost 15 $ so I bought it. They charged me 49.85 and then the program didn't work. And ever since my computer is acting weird, the latest being that I supposedly have installed new hardware - which I haven't. I complained to Sammsoft immediately and asked for my money back. They told me it had been returned to my credit card account. But nothing. I withdrew all my money so they can't get any more. But I have no means to see if they have tried. I'm taking my computer in for professional scanning today.
