I was called by a person from Baktur, who is no longer there, and told they could get me grants from foundations, the charge was $3000. and for $300. more I could purchase a "warranty of service" which would guarantee that I would receive loans or get my money back, so I took it ( or rather they took me). I went through the process, and did everything I was supposed to. I didn't get my grant proposal back for over a year. By then all of the grants were gone. They sent me one copy of the proposal, and I had to mail them. I got nothing. I called them for my refund, and was told the guarantee was that they would find me a foundation to send it to, not a grant, which was not what I was told at the beginning. After a dozen calls to them and leaving a message to call me back, I finally got ahold of them after no returned calls. I sent them a letter demanding my refund, it came back as "return to sender attempted not known unable to forward. I was first contacted by them after I suffered a stroke, and had no money so I charged it, which I'm still paying for. If anyone is contacted by them hang up. I've contacted the California Attorney General, but haven't heard anything. They're an evil company, stay away.
