My bank account was charged $953. I contacted my bank right away as soon as I saw the charges to open a fraud investigation. The bank also gave me Western Union's customer service number so I could start follow up before my bank reopens in the morning. The WU representative couldn't help me or reveal anything to "protect privacy" of the customer--but has no problem with someone else charging to my account.
