When I call Monday to verified my confirmation for my cruise on Saturday, June 29, 2013 they told me that my cruise was cancelled. This is a vacation that was plan since 2012 with a group of people from church. We have about 130 people involved and everybody was cancelled. For several days we have try to resolved the problem with Gail Hayden travel agent for Norwegian Cruise Line, in which she had said if we would paid the difference we still have a chance to go. I ask her to give me one day and that was Tuesday in order to call everybody that is involved and she said it was okay. On Wednesday I call her back and the answer that she gave was that there were no more cabins available. Not only that we paid the fare in full, the deposit money is no where to be found. Not only we need explanation we would like them to reimburse our money back. I would appreciate if anyone can call and help resolved this scam. I really will appreciate anything,,,,,,please help.

Anyone who wish to contact me can call at anytime (Personal Information Removed)
