Original problem started with Cox cable referring me to ETECHIINC for my computer had been hacked.I spoke with somone in India,I gave him permisssion to work on my computer. He charged my approx. $700.00 to clean up my unit but, his communication stated that the people during the work on my computer was PC-COP. The monies was was sent by my bank. They told PC-COP to resend there banking info which they never did and the monies was put back into my account. PC-COP called several time but, after I told them not to call anymore, someone stating that they were from microsoft was attempting the same thing as PC-COP I called microsoft and they informed me that they did not call me. The telephone numbers on my caller ID were; 253-802-0309, 1-877-783-1191, 1-888-803-6789. Problem started 11/23/2012
