I ordered online a trial bottle of bellagenix for £3.49, and went away on holiday thinking no more of it, upon my arrival back, i checked my bank account, no free trial had shown up, so i called them and explained , no free trial, i do not wish to receive it, they sent a cancellation email to my account. A couple of days later i see a withdrawal on my bank account for £74.95??? what for???? i received nothing from them?? This is fraud, its theft!! how can anyone cancel within the trial period when you dont recieve the goods within that trial period of 14 days. I have notified my bank and have opened a retailer dispute in the hope of getting my money back, and i suggest anyone else with similar problems does the same.
