Signed Up with Zoom Media Connect for Some Advertizing to Play at 2 Golds Gyms in Salt Lake City. I have went to both locations to make sure they are Running my ad as promised, and have Never seen it once!!!! Have called and Made Several Complaints and no One seams to Care now they have my Money? I sure Hope you can Help a Gurl with a Small Business Get Even!!!!;) Thank you for your Time

During communication and conversations with the business owner, proof of playback was verified to her personally by ourselves and one of her actual customers. I would be glad to discuss this further with the business owner and provide the same photos of her ad broadcasting on the digital network as promised. Our company strives to have 100% satisfaction. I can be reached at 412-249-4317 and would be glad to discuss how we have honored our end of the agreement and would hope that the advertiser would do the same as a business professional. We always have been and will continue to be greatly concerned about improving the advertising experience for our customers.
