The dialed number 881716401343 was invalid and Vonage charged me even though the call didn't went through the other service provider, Iridium Satellite. Vonage states that their chrage is valid and can ofer me 50% discount. If the number doen't exist Vonage should not charge for the same. I have dialed the same number from other subscriber and they messaged that number is incorrect. Iridium sattelite customer service also confirmed that the dialed number is wrong and such number doen't exist. I have tried my best to explain with the proof but rather than investingating further and giving proper explanation they are declining my request. I have invested appx 20 hours on this matter from 6/20 but not getting satistied response.
