needed to file the 08 taxes, and the 09's that were due..signed contract with them the last week of april,'10..and began the hefty payments of $1200.00...........they took the money on payment basis, but did not begin any of the work until Mar of 2011..therefore we were not only behind for '08, but now the extension for the '09 had expired, and the '10's were due...put us into collections with the IRS and are now trying to get caught up..they did NOT one thing until the payments were all made..so beware..they do NO work until they have your money..by then you are in big trouble...have contacted them and demanded money in return..they said they would have to check and see if we were due a refund...was the last we heard of them..are filing complaints with our home state, and the state of Texas..they have an F rating with the BBB....wish we had known that ..but assumed that the ads on Fox were legit..
