Their guarantee means nothing & your 14 day trial starts the day you order & not the day you actually recieve it. They charge you $4.99 & $2.98 then 14 days later they will charge you $99.97 & $93.74. I recieved mine on the 6-12-13 & called to cancell on 6-26-13 but my 14 days expired since my order was placed on 6-07-13. I wonder how they think I could start usuing the procuct on the very day I ordered it, and after all that, it gave me a rash on my forhead. Be careful. This was an expensive lesson learned on my part.
