PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING:

Oxycontinforum.com, hosted in Beijing and apparently (according to one of many victim's report at scambook.com) operating out of Vancouver, British Columbia by one Darrell Moyou:

Here's how the operation is set up:

Oxycontinforum.com is exactly what the title suggests, a message board dedicated to "providing information and resources on popular medications", with an emphasis on "Buy[ing] Oxycontin and other medications without a prescription."

According to the site, "Each seller at OxycontinForum.com has been subjected to a strict screening policy in order to assure the safest transaction available. All Verified Sellers have deposited a $500 deposit with the staff of OxycontinForum.com in order to assure continuity of each transaction. If a dispute arises between the buyer and seller, please address your relevant concerns to the administration of OxycontinForum.com and it will be reviewed thoroughly. In the case of an abuse of the forum rules on behalf of the Verified Seller, the Verified Sellers $500 deposit will not be re-funded, and the proven amount owed to the customer will be re-reimbursed. In addition; the Verified Seller will have their title taken away and will be banned from the forum, pending administrative review."

But here's the catch - The site host, administration, "verified" sellers, forum moderators, and a host of forum members are all the same person, or group of people.

For example, "Seller A" will become verified by the administration, and a moderator will then post a thread in the forum claiming that Seller A has paid the $500 deposit and is therefore eligible to do business on the site.

Then, a forum member will post in the thread, asking to buy medication from Seller A. Seller A will then respond, asking the member to send them a private message so that the details can be worked out.

Some time later (post dates and times are not visible), the buyer replies, claiming that his package arrived and to thank Seller A for a job well done.

All of this an elaborate illusion, created in an effort to convince a potential victim that actual transactions are being brought to a satisfactory end.

And they play this game very well. There will be "delays" and then suddenly, the package arrives. "I was worried there, for a minute! So glad to know this is legit!" This is to reassure you that your money is safe. IT IS NOT!

I have posted several messages on the forums at oxycontinforum.com in an attempt to warn potential victims against falling prey to this fraud. All of them have been deleted.

However, I did write to one of the moderators of the site and explained that I had found their names and a telephone number and would be reporting them. This was the reply:

"you think you got so much, yet you got nothing... JUST like your name.
lmfao...
And I've got your money.

$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

Try calling that number or emailing that email. lol... If you google harder, you'll realize that the person that posted that incorrect info didn't know I hacked that email and started emailing them from it. THEN i hacked the guy's emailed after he didn't believe me.

Every person that visits [oxycontinforum.com] gets a virus uploaded to their computer, mac or windows.
And when they start to fuck around. I take their bank accounts and their SSN / DOB etc to order new moneypak cards.

Want some more proof? ;) Got your ip.
What do you have? a phone number that isn't even valid and some hacked girls email that lost her ferret?[I'd looked up a telephone number posted on another report here at scambook.com and it hit on a post at petfinder.com - "Heather" had lost her ferret and I'd mentioned it to ZUES]

...lmfao. That stupid girl sent me money too."

I am a private investigator. I have contacts within the CT state police as well as the FBI. I have filed a report with the local PD, the FBI, Interpol, iC3, Crime Stoppers, and the RCMP.

Again, if you have been the victim of oxycontinforum.com, file a report with any and all of the aforementioned agencies. Then, contact me at [email protected] so that we can work together and help these dirtbags get the justice they so desperately deserve.

Thank You

- Joshua Brown
