I downloaded Regcure Pro for my computer and telephoned a number to activate the software. They remotely checked the computer and suggested that Advanced Tech Support would be able to speed up the machine by removing error files. As my computer had been running slower over recent weeks I decided to pay the fee of £141 for the work. they were working remotely on my computer for 5 days because they had wiped off all the programs, including Windows Vista and all the documents, pictures, videos and music and were unable to retrieve these. No feedback as to why or acceptance of the poor service.

Update: 06/26/2013

Today, I have posted a letter To Advanced Tech Support outlining my complaint and requesting a refund of the money paid for the service and compensation for loss of files and programs and the loss of use of the computer for 5 days.
