After seeing popups for a few days that my computer needed fixing, they called me, said with Indian accent that my computer would soon go down due to viruses and could no longer be used. I had to pay them $259 for "lifetime security" (my lifetime, not the computer's). They took over the working of the computer for a certain time. The next day things still weren't 'fixed' and a couple of friends said this was a scam. I took it to a repair place here, who said no one can call and say your computer has a virus, because how would they know. They also said it was a scam. I called to ask for a refund and they said it would be back in my acct. in 10-14 days. It has been more than a month since that promise and I have received nothing.
