We contracted with the law firm of Macy, Aleman and Searns to negotiate a refinance on our home for us. It is not just that the ineffiency of there work was so bad that we filed much of the documentation our self they advised us not to talk with the lender or pay the mortgage.
Ultimatly, we ended so far behind in our mortgage that we had to short sale, our other choice was foreclosure
we have all the documentation to back this aligation up
