WE WERE LOOKING AT A HOUSE THAT WAS ADVERTISED FOR RENT (ON CRAIGSLIST). WE CALLED THE NUMBER LISTED, AGREED TO COME TO THEIR OFFICE & FILLED OUT A FORM...WE GAVE THEM $300 SO THAT WHEN THE HOUSE WAS READY FOR SHOWING, THAT MONEY WOULD HOLD IT FOR US TO SEE...AFTER A FEW DAYS, WE CALLED BACK & TOLD THEM THAT WE HAD DECIDED TO HONOR OUR CURRENT LEASE, BECAUSE IF WE MOVED, THE PENALTY FOR DOING SO WOULD COST MORE THAN WHAT WE WOULD SAVE. WE WERE TOLD THAT THEY WOULD REFUND OUR MONEY WITHIN 10 DAYS, THOSE 10 DAYS EXPIRED...I CALLED AFTER SOME TIME & THE GIRL I TALKED TO YOLD ME THAT THE PERSON WHO GAVE ME THE INFO. ON MY REFUND GAVE ME THE WRONG INFO. & HE SHOULD'NT HAD SAID SO, BUT I WAS SUPPOSED TO FILL IN SOME FORM TO BE SENT TO THEIR "CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPT." (WHICH I COULD'NT CALL). I WOULD THEN EXPECT MY REFUND WITHIN 10 DAYS. WE FILLED OUT THE FORM, & SENT IT THRU. THE MAIL, & THEN WAITED...I CALLED THE OFFICE ON 6/13/2013, THE SAME LADY TOLD ME TO CALL BACK IN 10 DAYS. AS YOU CAN SEE, THIS IS VERY VERY FRUSTRATING...ALL I NEED IS MY $300.00.....WHAT CAN WE DO?

This happened to me too. I am so angry!!!! I am going to the Better Business Bureau in Colton to file a complain on them because I have emailed them to the refund place and they haven't emailed me back. This is the place to go and complain. 315 N La Cadena Dr Colton, CA 92324
