This company is now going by the name of BRL Services LLC and the people that scammed my elderly and disabled father are Mike Aloia and Brian Richards for $2600.

My parents had to turn in $500 so they can get started on getting their foreclosure reversed and $60k in damages. Mike Aloia stated yesterday to my father that he will be sending him the packet to fill out and file at the court house..."and then you wait for your court date to be awarded your house" Mike says. We sat at the table and had a real estate professional pose as my mother; she began asking him industry specific questions (i.e. how do assist customers w/ foreclosures),general questions about his company; and next thing we knew he was yelling and hung up the phone. Then 3 hours later he called my father back and told him he needed an additional payment to ensure that he (my dad) was serious about getting help. I am appalled, but I'm willing to fight to help my parents and to ensure nobody else is subjected to this nonsense!

Mike called my dad last night, asking him for another payment; this caused Mike to get upset and start yelling, etc. So, he (Mike Aloia) attempted to run charges on my dad's credit card and was unsuccessful and charges were stopped.

Scam participant names: James A. Gibson (Owner???), Mike Aloia, Brian Richards (has a very long criminal history of theft), Britny Deese, and John Atwell.

I was instructed by BBB to file a complaint with Federal Trade Commission (FTC), Better Business Bureau (BBB) and Consumer Affairs in Shreveport, Louisiana and Orange Park, Florida -- all may be done online!!!

I am working on getting media attention to this scam and all the players, as well as an attorney to file a class action law suit if possible...

  • Please keep us all posted about the class action lawsuit. I have a complaint on Scambook also. Bryan Richards scammed me out of $3,500.00! If I find out anything I will post it. Joanna

  • scamed out of $2500.00 will be paying these people a visit along with the police this week in fla, total scamer,s, brian, dian, james brewer, chassie cooper, brian richard,s john atwell, brian aloia, //// report this scam at1866-966-7226, atty gen, their state id is m13000005032, i have called for the last time to this co, you picked the wrong person, i will get the law involve at this time, it will be never ending until you are in prison, i promise you.

  • Hi Ma'am. I'm a former aquantiance of this person. I found out here recently that he was doing this, along with the fact that he was also part of the global equity mortages thing several years ago that was being ran out of Orange Park Florida. As he keeps his customers in the dark about the address of his office, I can provide that address right now. Brian doesn't own any company. What he does is make them in other peoples names, and run it into the ground. He accepts money, then changes so he doesn't have to provide a final product. His office address is 400 Madison Ave, Suite 104 Orange Park Florida, 32065. He is also under investigation by the clay county sheriffs office for grand theft.
