I checked my account on my payday and noticed there was money missing. A company called Merrywood Loans had taken £69.95 from my account when I did not even apply for a loan. I emailed them and they advised the money would be refunded in 3-5 days. I checked my account a few days later and rather then be refunded, they had taken another £69.95 from my account!! I emailed them a further 3 times until I had a reply to be told I would be refunded the full amount in a further 7 days, 10 days later and I am yet to be refunded. Help!!
