I recieved my order and made acomplaint that it did't work properly as it was spposed to require an initial windup and the with my arm movement it would wind itself,when I emailed them they volentiered to send me a replacement and after all this time when I contacted them they said I would hear from them from 2-3 days.I'm making this complaint because I hear that reply over & over & over. Their phone # is
1-386-518-3073.It's not the money but the principle.Please let me know .Thanks John
