Having signed up for the 14 day free trial for under £5, I have recieved another batch (not asked for at all) and had £69.90 debited from my bank account without my permission. I have just tried to phone this company to get a refund and return their product to them, I was refused a RMA number (cannot return without one), and a very rude girl talked over me the whole time and then refused to let me talk to her manager. I am disgusted with her attitude. To top it all, she then hung up on me. Does anyone know how I can get this refund of £69.90? I am at my whit's end!
