Buyvcc.in is a very big scamper.
I bought some VCCs worth 113$ and I give him two PayPal accounts to back to normal that one of them has 110$ in it.
I paid 106$ first then after 3 days they want 7$ for tax.
then after 6 days they said "we can't put two payment in our system. send 113$ in one payment". when I asked them give back my 113$ first to send it again. they said " no we can not give it; you must send 113$ if you want your orders.
I thought much then I decided to accept this risk. I paid 113$ again and I waited.
They didn't send any thing. They stole tow 113$ enhance 110$ in PayPal account. totally 336$.
THEY ARE BIG SCAMPERS.
