Email was received saying good being dispatched and will be with me in 2-3 days via DHL, a consignment mote number would follow shortly.
All to no avail. On numerous attempts for a response via email, I telephoned the mobile number ( the land line given in email and website) was not connected.
The person who eventually answered the mobile was very evasive, claiming not to understand me and then the phone went dead. Seeming hanging up on me.
No goods, No money, No faith in the system as these were 'samples' with a much larger order being collated if products were to standard upon receipt.
While probably naive, nevertheless, these people should be stopped and shamed
