I wanted to change my address, so I went to the USPS on line and this company, "fast address change service" popped up as if it was the USPS official change of address location. After filling out the necessary information, I was asked for my credit card. I submitted the necessary info and paid the fee. $39.95, only to find out that this company is a SCAM company that will only take your money and not do anything for it. Calling their 1-800-492-9142 only gets you to a reply "all agents are busy at this time. Please leave your phone number, name and date order was made and some one will get back to you shortly." WHAT A SCAM!!! Using the real USPS site to change your address and you will be charged ONLY $1.00

  • I think we should send a bill to USPS because this is on their website so obviously they know about it, and if they know this is occurring then they are complicit in the scam.
