BEWARE! Thought I had checked out this website properly, read their reviews which alllooked great but which I now know have got to be fake! I ordered a ring from this website & 3 weeks later received a completely different ring worth only $12 on the customs receipt in fake Swarovski packaging. I have sent photos as requested and they do respond with what appears to be standard e-mails. 8 weeks later no nearer to getting money back. They have obviously gone to great lengths to create such a good website but DO NOT be fooled! I have since gone to my local Swarovski shop & purchased the ring for 3 times the amount but I am much happier knowing I have a genuine item, - lesson learned!!
