I thought I was getting an alarm system from a good company. Instead they started ripping me off money wise. Started when their system was installed on 5-14-2013. My payment was not to be taken from bank acct till 6-10-2013 but they started taking payments out on 5-15-2013, then again on 5-24-2013. When I call the company and ask why they was taking money from my acct before due date I got no answers just past from one person to another then told them the third time calling them about the second withdraw which was not there and I got charged over draft charges from bank. they hung up on me and have to talked to them since tried on many days to reach them and guess they see my no. and don't answer. Did go to bank and stop payments altogether as if they don't want to talk to me why let them take my money. That was on the third of this month and they try to take another payment on the that day. Today got on line to check my bank statement and their they were trying to take another payment out. So now the bank said they are using different numbers every time they pull the money out. Now have to close my acct and set up new one because Bank said they are trying to pull money every few days and said I needed to let you know. I would like to get some answers to why this company is doing this and why they don't want to pay me back over draft money because they kept pulling it out till I was overdrawn. So I feel if they are doing this to me then they may be doing it to many more who believed them at their word.
