I have called this company 3 three times; April, May and June to find out why I keep receiving late notices. I'm told no payments have been made. When I explain that my checks have cleared my bank the reply is that it has not been received and therefore not been applied to my account. All three checks have been cashed and cleared my account, but Ginny's knows nothing about the check. June 8th I called again, no payment received. My bank faxed all the information Ginny's required; twice. Because they said, they did not receive the first one.

The yell at me and are totally rude hanging up on me because I have asked why the check was cashed but not applied to my account. I have hung up from a call in tears and fear calling again and having to deal with them at all.

Thank you for your time.
