Received notification that I won 4,278,000.00. But they want me to send them a $25 release fee. I find it odd they request the fee and that fact that they only take Cash, Money Order or Check. They don't take American Express or any other form of payment where you can get consumer protection.
If you read the fine print, it says nothing about winning millions, but it does say you may win $1!
