On 12/18/2012 we ordered a flipjack pan by phone using a mastercard credit card. We heard nothing more from the company until 2 packages arrived at our house on Jan 31,2013. One package was the frypan we had ordered,the other was a large box containing 16 kitchen utensils which we had not ordered. We contacted the company's customer service department immediatelyand were told they would send appropriate paper work for returning both items in a couple of days. Nothing happened. Subsequent calls to the customer service dept. produced promises of mailing labels to be sent to us by regular mail and 2 promises of mailing labels being sent to us by email. Each time we were told there would be delays ranging from days to weeks. In March we reported our dissatsfaction to the LosAngeles Business Bureau who contacted the Frypan Co. The BBB contacted Frypan Co at least twice but elicited no response and finally informed us that they could do no more. We also contacted Mastercard to contest the charge which appeared dated 2/1/2013 on a Feb statement. Mastercard was able to obtain copies of invoices of the transaction which they supplied to us, but informed us that time had run out and we were now responsible for the charge. A call to FrypanmCo service Dept. was not fruitful. They informed us that time had run out and they no longer had any responsibility. Can you help?
